How did Freshy’s start?
Owner Amber Bennett opened Freshy's up in 2005,
hoping to bring a little soul back to the neighborhood!
As a traveler, white water rafter, and a dancer for the long-gone Seattle Super Sonics, she decided it was time to settle down and start something fresh!
After 15 years, a vibrant community of people has grown out of Freshy's cozy, funky atmosphere in West Seattle.
Friendships, business deals, and laughter have continued to blossom at the bar in this comfortable, home-y cafe, year after year.
